About Us Founded in 1990 by Aldo Raffa, the company initially concentrated upon the dedicated manufacture and supply of craft bakery products to the airline industry for use in in-flight catering. Over the last 13 years, the business has progressively grown by pursuing a strong policy of continual investment and a careful widening of its customer base to now also include major sandwich manufacturers and food service operators.

Adams prides itself on its dedication to the authenticity of its products and its ability to quickly produce ‘bespoke solutions’ specific to its customers’ needs.

The business has recently heavily invested in both totally new baking facilities and a new ‘state-of-the-art’ speciality bread line.

The speciality plant now enables Adams to produce very high quality products to an exacting size, shape and consistency, both very competitively and in high volumes - it has been carefully designed to handle difficult dough’s by utilising a ‘stress-free’ processing method and a mechanised cutting system.

Artisan Italian bread and roll products are another speciality of the business, being produced without compromise using original family recipes and specially imported Italian flours; the products are then traditionally baked in the company’s new stone-soled ovens for a true Italian finish.
