We produce high quality value added cooked chicken meat for many applications and use only the very best suppliers and freshest ingredients. All product is cooked and processed at our new factory which opened in 2005.

Our cooking capabilities include steam cooking, roasting, bar marking, chargrilling and contact grilling. Products can be sliced (3-15mm) or diced (8-25mm), shredded, hand teased, chilled, inpack pasteurised, IQF, vacuum packed and gas flushed.

Challenger Foods manufacture an extensive range of cooked chicken meat for the sandwich industry, which includes steam, roast and chargrilled, with over 80 bespoke flavours. Challenger also supply chicken portions, duck, turkey, lamb, beef, pork, roasted and poached salmon and flame seared tuna.
