About Us Flames Foods are the main supplier of Falafel to the sandwich industry and aim to introduce Falafel as an alternative vegetarian food. Their captive audience is not only the sandwich market but also those that are looking for a tasty but quick snack. The founder and M.D. of Flames Foods, Mr Paul Salman started by opening a shop at Victoria Station, London. The shop concentrated on sales of ‘Fast Food’ and in particular Falafel. It is the growth in Falafel sales that lead to the manufacturing of this Lebanese delicacy. Flames Foods are based in Park Royal, London and currently sell their product ‘Falafel’ to restaurants, café’s, shops, stores and fast food distributors.

The product is made up of fresh ingredients chickpea, parsley, onions and spices. These ingredients are then mixed and formed into a round shape. This rounded shape of Falafel mix is cooked in Vegetable oil; it is then dried and packed for the freezer. The product is sold in bulk of 200 Falafel per bag. In order to supply to caterer’s they sell bags with 50 Falafel per bag. Flames Foods have introduced two new products The ‘Falafel Burger’ and ‘Spinach Parcels’.

Flames Foods is now established in the sandwich industry with customers such as Brambles, Daily Bread, Raynor Foods and distribution through St Hubert Foods. Now that the company is apart of the B.S.A. they are recognised as a unique supplier to the industry. Flames Foods will be showing at the forth-coming taste experience day to be held at Olympia.
