About Us Fridays is one of the top three players in the UK egg industry and is a major producer of both free range and organic egg.

Fridays' chilled division manufactures a wide range Sandwich Fillings, Salads, Pastas, Dips and Boiled Eggs. The portfolio, spearheaded by The Fridays Range, includes a selection of bespoke recipes designed in-house by the NPD team. Pack formats range from 1 to 10Kg.

Fridays' trading partners consist of sandwich bars, chilled distributors and food manufacturers both regionally and nationally. All chilled products are supplied from the head office site in Kent.

With the majority of production taking place in the new purpose built £2 million facility (25,000 sq. ft), technical excellence is central to the service Fridays supply to their customers.

The quality, security and safety of all of Fridays' products is assured by, and independently audited to, the internationally recognised BRC Food Standard. Quality systems are also audited to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
