About Us Established The Big Prawn Company, based near the North Norfolk coast, has been producing luxury prawns, tiger prawns and crayfish tails in brine for the last ten years. Our customers range from sandwich retailers and producers to hotel and supermarket chains. The Big Prawn Company continues to invest several £1,000,000 in the latest processing technology. This means our products go from frozen to being brined within just eight minutes - an achievement no other briner can match. Our factory now has the capacity to produce around 3,000 tonnes of brined product per annum, and our distribution network can deliver fresh production three days a week, nationally. All this allows maximum shelf life for you, our customer.
