About Us The Sauce Company was formed in 2005 by Darren Bull, who previously owned Simply Fillings. Do not confuse The Sauce Company with the company who once traded under the same name.

The business model of The Sauce Company has been a success offering a range of high quality Sauces, Dressings, Flavoured Mayonnaise, Ketchup and Mayonnaise to the Sandwich and Catering Trade

The product range has been created with today’s eating criteria as its main objective including traditional restaurant flavours with the full understanding of the demands of the ever growing needs of today’s consumers. With this in mind all products are Nut- Free, Gluten-Free and Vegetarian. The business model is only one part of the jigsaw. The true success has been the product creating a versatile range of ingredients for the Sandwich market which blend with all forms of protein to create a wonderfully flavoured Sandwich/Sandwich Filling or simply brushing these products across the bread to use as a savoury jam or relish. Understanding the product application having worked in both the Sandwiches and Sandwich Filling market not only as a supplier but as a manufacturer has ensured the product range will enhance all of your offering.

Many customers have predicted a difficult trading period ahead in 2008 where cash flow and high stock levels being only some of the problems. We have addressed these problems enabling our customers the opportunity to order a mixed order from our 40 high quality products where there is no minimum order by product preventing high stock levels and money tied up for long periods with slow moving lines.

Our quality of product and service has always been the main drive behind our business success and we are proud to say that The Sauce Company offer both in abundance all wrapped nicely with a BRC Global accreditation.
