About Us The demand for Mediterranean foods in the UK is growing at an exponential rate, nowhere more so than speciality breads which are enjoying huge success in the European sandwich market.

Bri-TalBri-tal import regional and national speciality breads from Italy, Spain, France and Benelux for the UK foodservice and manufacturing sectors.

Our strength is the ability to source unusual bread products that give our customers a "bespoke" edge on their competitors. We realise that NPD is the lifeblood of our indusrty and we consistently strive to deliver new and innovative breads.

The current demand is for fully baked breads and Bri-tal have developed an extensive range of fully baked sandwich breads that can be delivered from stock either IQF, frozen or tempered, ready for immediate use. The range includes the essentials such as focaccia and ciabatta but also super regional breads like durum wheat Altamura from southern Italy and sourdoughs from Pamplona in Spain.

Twelve years ago Bri-tal started up as importers of pre-cooked IQF, frozen pasta and rice for the UK ready meal manufacturers and, due to our history and extensive knowledge of this product we are still very active in this area - we have also recently added Spanish and Italian chargrilled vegetable mixes to the range.

All our producers are BRC or EFSIS approved at higher and level and Bri-tal also have higher level BRC accreditation as importers and wholesalers.
