About Us ‘Passione per la traditizione’ is how we work when producing our range of authentic Italian breads, which are produced from our modern factory in Milan, that is BRC accredited.

Panitaly FocacciaWe use only the finest ingredients and apply traditional baking methods to create our range. For instance, our starter dough or ‘Biga’ is left to prove for 16 hours before we begin to work with the dough and our ciabatta ranges are baked on stone base ovens. We feel that these traditional baking methods offer a wealth of added natural flavours and an open texture to our finished products.

Our extensive range of ciabatta and focaccia breads is produced in different sizes and flavours to offer an innovative range of bread carriers. We also offer bespoke product development for those customers wishing to achieve that point of difference.

Our range comes delivered frozen and only requires a few minutes to bake in an oven or under a Panini grill.

We can supply our range in pallet and container quantities directly to your chosen delivery address.
