About Resource Data Management
1. DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
We design and manufacture control systems for the refrigeration industry and for full building facilities control. These devices are designed for flexibility and reliability. The systems are Internet Protocol (I.P) based and can be fully configured.
There is a range of pre designed software suites built into the controllers, but, if they don't suit your needs you can create your own complex control algorithms using the "Data Builder" software. Our systems are designed to be fully transparent and to give the Client immediate access to all the data and decision making.
We have a Glasgow based design team of experienced engineers using the latest tools and technologies to develop hardware and software solutions, including control systems for the refrigeration industry and for full building facilities control. These devices are designed for flexibility and reliability. The designs ensure long product life and high reliability which is reflected in the outstanding 5 year warranty offered on all RDM designed parts.
Software suites provide extensive features lists which still maintaining ease to install and operate functionality. There are a range of pre designed software suites built into the controllers, but, if they don't suit your needs you can even create your own complex control smt.jpgalgorithms using the "Data Builder" software.
In Taiwan, our subsidiary carries out high quality manufacture of RDM designed products whilst still providing outstanding lead-times. They work closely in partnership with many leading suppliers and manufacturers and with in-house surface mount PCB production, plastic moulding, controlled environment test facilities, product assembly and test they provide a full turnkey package.
In addition to manufacturing Resource Data Management products, they specialise in design and supply of custom plastic tooling and mouldings with very low turnaround times whilst maintaining very competitive prices.
2. Remote Monitoring
We provide a 24 - hour, 7 days a week remote monitoring and management bureau running our own Active FM software. The bureau can access data over standard telephone networks or the Internet and our team constantly monitor the data as it happens.
We can then take action depending on the nature of the problem and the Client's instructions. Our systems are designed to be fully transparent and to give the Client immediate access to all the data and decision making.
3. Technical support & Training
RDM does not have a service department, it’s an expense that no-one wants or needs. However, we do provide free training and technical support, backed up with a complete on-line technical library. All designed to give you the flexibility and freedom to choose your installation and service providers.
