A one-day conference focusing on the Food to Go market, including sandwiches, is being organised with the support of the BSA, PAPA and Cafe Life associations, on Thursday, 27 June 2024 at London venue One Birdcage Walk.
The conference aims to focus on two key areas - the future of the market with a strong panel of analysts and researchers giving doing some crystal ball gazing - and sustainability and moving our industries collectively towards Net Zero. In addition we will be talking about some of the challenges of delivery and the planned changes away from bar coding.
